This is an underrated comment. It's absolutely true. This guy is playing his best angle. Hikaru and all GMs practice this level of concentration that's really on the highest level of self awareness in the game. While it's unlikely to shake them the 5:1 time ratio is actually what makes it interesting. Under time pressure all players crack. This level of distraction is really the best chance anyone has to break a super GM. Unfortunately SuperGMs are the closest thing to the definition of unshakeable. I watch hikaru play online often but I always think it's unfair because he's allowed to turn a part of his brain off more that would have to ignore heckling. Great to see him out in the wild crushing it.
@azaldie

They both understood the match was over. That's why they didn't care
I can’t believe someone can joke around like that and follow these moves at the same time. Great game.
5:20 "I should just quit this one" Hikaru: *nods* Us, looking at the M5 on the eval bar: *also nods*
I don't even follow chess just know Hikaru from some twitch streams, this was genuinely interesting and entertaining and made me smile the whole vid all whilst having no idea whats going on lmao
I love how everybody is having a great time!
2:35 Dominic playing with two hands and then complaining about Hikaru being "two hand bandit" :D
