honestly, Levy's skill level is so much higher than his average viewer, he may as well be Magnus. It's like trying to fight a grizzly bear (magnus) or a Gorilla (Levy). A Grizzly could easily destroy a Gorilla... But to us, fighting either would be an impossible task and both opponents would feel like fighting God.

Levy is far more animated (a good thing!) than somebody like Eric Rosen, who is more like the Mr. Rogers of chess. They are both accomplished players who are also outstanding teachers - but with completely different styles. If I had to compare them to comedians, I'd say Eric Rosen is Steven Wright whereas Levy Rozman is closer to Sam Kinison.

Every loss is an opportunity to sharpen skills, every fall an opportunity to stand stronger and wiser than before. Wins feed the ego but losses remind us the there is always further to travel, things to learn and remind us that it is more attractive to be humble in defeat than an overbearing winner consumed by their own ego. How boring life becomes when you run out of road. Keep trucking Levy, you're an excellent player, a brilliant commentator and more importantly a fine and eminently likable human being! ✌️
