De Quervain's Syndrome is an issue where there is irritation of the tendon sheath as well as the retinaculum within the wrist. This means that there is irritation where the thumb muscles go into the wrist and as a result, there is pain.
We can treat De Quervain's Syndrome AKA Stenosing Tenosynovitis, using the Graston technique. This done properly can help the tendons slide easier through the retinaculum which can cause less pain, irritation, and discomfort.
When getting treatment with Graston, make sure you are not only in the right phase, but you are doing other things to support your recoveries such as using a brace, and collagen, and doing some mild exercises if necessary.

You can use stretching, myofascial release tools, and some of these tools can be purchased for very little.
