Ah haha. I about pissed myself when I heard that. Truer words never said.
Nothing like a traditional style gathering. Relax and lots of good food.
Your sister is a hoot. When choosing her Brisket: " I don't usually go fatty, but I'm just drunk enough..."
We flew with a frozen brisket over Thanksgiving too. My wife put it in her carry on bag. They pulled it for a hand search. When the guy opened it in Minneapolis she said "it's brisket" and he said "I'm from Texas I know what that is" LOL
Shawn Michael's brother just randomly hanging out LIT
@9:02 I'm loving the framed picture of the plastic chair. It's like part of the family ! lol
You got me saying “Pat it dry” every time I open a package of meat 🥩 😂😂😂
Big fan of Brad's dad, he's the best
That poor brisket died to become pastrami; Namaste. Wow, Muffy cooks the hell out of a Turkey. Amazing looking. I grew up with a tiny family and they're all passed now. Watching this was so heart warming. Thanks for sharing your family with us.
Dude, as soon as you said that guy was Shawn Michaels' brother I could totally see it. That's awesome!
Remember Bradley, a lot of folks are alone on the holidays and live vicariously through you, Thanks Man happy holidays and merry Christmas

I resemble that remark! Actually, (queue tiny violins) I spent Thanksgiving with my cat. Made homemade cranberry sauce, sourdough sage stuffing, broiled asparagus and a pan - seared cinnamon chipotle dry aged ribeye. Everything turned out great! It was just quiet, though.
Thanks for inviting us in with your family. That was a really pleasant video!
"I'm going fatty. I never go fatty. I'm just drunk enought" LoL!!!!
That subtle chuckle from Brad when his sister said "I usually don't go fatty, but I'm just drunk enough..." had me laughing my butt off!
I'm pretty sure the last time I was moved to comment on your vids, was also involving your family. I feel the acceptance and appreciation there, it's bloody nice to see. Hope you had a great Thanksgiving,
Your family is beautiful Brad! I've only had one Thanksgiving that had 13 people. It's the one holiday where I always feel like the more the merrier.
I love the family centered vibe on this one. Good people. Thanks for the tips!
One of my favorite Chuds BBQ videos. You're a national treasure, Bradley.
Dude! You Rock. Family is always what matters. Cheers!
What a beautiful family Brad. You're very blessed my friend. Much love from BC Canada
Fun video Brad. Nothing like family, food, and drink. Thanks for sharing.
“I don’t usually go fatty, but I’m just drunk enough” should be on a Chuds t-shirt.
Hah, your family is awesome. No offense but your mom stealing the camera was the best part LOL
Brad, thanks for sharing your Thanksgiving with us. Looked like everyone had a great time. God bless you and your family.
What a pro move using the strainer like that!!! Never in a million years would have thought to do that!!!
my inner child is just happy you guys happen to know the heartbreak kid himself. now go play those boot snakes some sweet chin music! 😂
I smiled more at this video than anything Brad has done. The love of his family is amazing and reminds me of my own. Thank you for including your family in a video.
I got the same wonder woman apron! "Love iiiiittt" Always fun to watch
i just imagine brad stuffing 2 briskets into the overhead compartment & arguing with TSA that brisket juices are exempt from the 3.5oz liquid limit. lol
What a wonderful family.
Ms. Muffy's Turkey was Magazine cover worthy! The Pastrami didn't look half bad, either!😉 Happy Holidays. 🎄
Love to see mama and papa chud again! Lovely as always!
Perfect timing! I'm in the same boat for Christmas, cooking for 15 people away from home and a request for BBQ! Thanks you Mr. Robinson!!! Cookin' in the snow and the cold... just like we do up here in Alberta. Special appearances by your parents. Nice.
Bradley, Time for a collab video with your sister! We need to know how she did all the side dishes. We also want to know her perspective of growing up with you!👍
For the algorithms bay bay!!!!
What a lovely family
I love all the official taste testers 🥰 although it felt like I was cheating watching these doggos 😭
It doesn't get more wholesome. Thank you and your family! ❤
Haha! "I don't usually go fatty but I'm just drunk enough" Did you catch that Bradley? Great video, great to include the family, your Mom is way cool. Especially when she stole the camera. Always enjoy your high speed editing.
Muffy was awesome.
If you need to keep things warm while you are moving from your house to family or friends get you a couple of fire bricks and put them in the oven between 250 & 300. Grab a cooler and put a folded towel in the bottom. Once the bricks are warm put them in the cooler on top of the towel then put another towel on top of that. Put your food in the cooler and then top off with another towel and close the lid. This will create a warm oven in the cooler to keep your food warm and will last for several hours.
I always enjoy the videos with your family. That’s what the holidays are all about. Love the return of the “snake in my boot!”
So nice to see the whole fam together Brad! - They are a blast. 😀 - Cheers!
Sir, you have a heck of a very good family.
You have a lovely family
Looks like a nh family holiday we just haven't really gotten the snow yet
Your the Man!
I was waiting for you to ooshy booshy boo boo muffy when you asked if she wanted a taste test! 😂
Awww, Mr. Pitmaster grilling salmon on a Weber in 10F weather. LOL I think it's probably not a stretch for you. If I can smoke a full packer low and slow on a Weber in 20F weather, you can grill salmon effortlessly. 😁🤣🤣
Being from ND I totally agree with the "it's in the fridge!"
Hilarious and great video. Onya Brad 👍
Brad, Now that was a Great Video!
Definitely gonna be a fun one
Probably one of the best videos I’ve watched of yours so far… And I might be like 50 deep at this point?
Great Family. Thanksgiving !!!
Very personal and heartwarming video about you and your family. You are blessed.
even though I wouldn't eat some of the stuff you make (this pastrami is one example) I still enjoy watching how you make these things
Loved watching this video.
Elk yes please!
Now this is something I needed
That was awesome.
Great family. Happy holidays.
Thank you for sharing, buddy!!
That’s funny, I left Cheyenne for Guam and brought a rack of bacon ribs with me!
What a great feast. Cheers and Happy Holidays brother.
I always really enjoy the videos you make with the family.
Thanks Brad for the family story. Very heartwarming.
Great video! Thanks for sharing.
Awesome family Brad👍🏻❤️🍺
I love this so much - great family time.
Awesome video Brother!!!!!!!!
Ahhhh man, it was awesome to see the fam go in for a well crafted feed! I made the mistake of opening my mouth and telling the family “I’ll cook a brisket for xmas”, which here in Australia is mostly just ham and prawns. So will be my first attempt at smoking a brisket on the offset, and vac seal to drive 3 hrs away to my parents for xmas. Happy Holidays mate!
Everything about this video was just really nice - thanks for sharing. Cheers, Jim
Fantastic! My family is to busy being difficult to have a nice holiday LOL
Awesome!
Your family is amazing. Thanks for sharing.
Beautiful Turkey 9:09 fun time with family and good food! Looks like you have a happy Thanksgiving! Thanks for sharing!
Awesone vid mate.....
That was awesome I love seeing family love ❤ keep up the good work, love watching your videos 🙏🏽
love the wholesome Family and practical ways to to prep and travel with BBQ! I was considering a vacuum sealer but would really love a chamber one
Super cute! Love watching you with your Fam. Pastrami looked amazing as usual. Happy holidays!
Perfect looking turkey
Wild..... I live in NW Minnesota & no snow has stuck around yet. Very weird. Your Mom is right - people from there should know how to equip their car to drive in snow & ice. On that - the proper northern state tire is the cheapest tire. 40,000 mile soft tire. Up here they will actually last twice that many miles. Cause we don't have the heat melting them. Even in summer.
😮 awesome
Muffy rocks
Nice apron Brad!
Interesting i always thought pastrami was for rubens lol
Always great content Brad. Pastrami right out of the smoker, is ridiculously delicious. The Brine- the cure is based on the water weight as you said, but the percent of pump is also a factor to be considered.
So many doggies!
Grandma is adorable, beautiful family Bradley
yahoo. Omg. epicd one!later. :)
Hey Brad! Can you do a video on Canadian pemeal bacon with a liquid brine?!
Bret Hart 4life!!! 😊
I have found that when you use hot sauce ( I use Cholula ) as binder you get a little bit of heat from it. @5:40. This is something I tried for a experiment and it has came out great.

A lot of people have. I've used the truff before and if was great
Family time is awesome. Great tips for making ahead. Did you sous vide and finish in the oven? Also would like to see Sister's potato recipe
I wanted to try this. But wanted to Sous Vide maybe Guga can try it.
Love the video! I do have some technical/specific questions as I'm gonna be bringing brisket for a similar amount of people: 1.) You mentioned that you'd vac seal it and sous vide it later, but it looks like you re-heated it in the oven in another foil boat at 300F? 2.) When you sous vide it where it's going to be eaten, what temp and how long if it's frozen? 3.) Can you slice and serve it right out of the sous vide or should you let it sit in or out of the bag when it's done in the sous vide?

Following.
That marinade injector you used is not the one linked below. Could you put up a link for the one you are using here? It looks way easier to use than what I have.
Randy Michaels brother is cool as fuck
Hey Brad. How long and what temp did you sous vide the pastrami at to reheat it for dinner?
