Dude... Life... Freaking... Saver... I cannot tell you how much help this video was. My iPhone screen has been very screwy before I made the switch, and was not sure if I would be able to do anything with it, or able to transfer my contacts. This made it so simple, and I am back with all the contacts I need.

I found the same issue....but, i switched from chrome to firefox and it worked like a charm.

Great video. Believe it or not, in the process I was able to recover the contacts which I had lost in my iPhone (All of my iPhone contacts were deleted as I had to do factory reset and my backup was corrupted. Luckily, iCloud had all of my contacts, which I noticed in this process). Now, all of my contacts are moved from iPhone to Android phone successfully. It is a very easy process, thanks a ton for the video.
