Man, there's alot of vids on how to do this but this was the best one..and the one I used! This saved my ass! I accidentally deleted my contacts off of an old tablet and then it deleted them from my android as well. Luckily I had transferred them already to a new iPad that I bought...all I can say is, I've never remembered anyone's number and with 463 contacts, even some as old as 20+years, it would be disastrous to never be able to get them back...thank goodness for technology!!!!

Yesterday I switched to the Samsung Z. I am / was an iPhone loyalist. Right now you cannot find an iPhone anywhere not a 13 12 or 11 why would I pay out if pocket for a phone?? I've seen the commercials read about the phone but when I touched it I had to give this a shot, I am not joking the associate at Verizon shooke her head and said "no" .... that kinda challenged me... I use Google workplace drive etc daily kinda makes sense still accessible on my Mac. You made that so easy thank you.

Hey there, I pressed Export VCard BEFORE clicking command A - and I lost all my contacts in the icloud, but they are still on my iphone - thank gawd. I'm a real luddite, any idea how to get them back in the cloud? I would be so grateful for some advice!

Like it’s not an icon? On the website? Make sure you are sharing contacts to iCloud from your iphone

Cool, but I find out that from iCloud contacts are exported without contact photo

Yea, I'm seeing that as well. Looks like contact photos won't transfer, but if they have a gmail account linked to their contact, the photo linked to that email will appear.

Thank you if you didn't make that video I would put all my dad's contacts manually 😢

You describe importing contacts into Gmail, not to Android Contacts... and there is a difference.

I despise Android/Google/Samsung, etc. but right now that is all I have. The OS is so crappy. Can't wait to get the new iPhone. iOS is way, way, way better than android will ever be.
