    Hey Karl, You make everything look easy. It's cool how you stop in between breaks and explain what you did and why. When you start your classes, your pupils couldn't have a better teacher.     Nice welding Karl, a panel repair industry guy told me one test they got at tech was they get a sawn in half car door and you make the other half and fusion weld it together with oxy acetylene torch no filler rod to be used

    Those disks you call cookie wheels are also excellent for removing gaskets and glue on engine parts that are sealing surfaces

    Like your work. Us old guys hammer welded we worked the weld not the metal. Pre tig just gas welder. I've a mig and tig. But just fall back on what I was taught. We're not building the space shuttle. Just don't to use filler. Weather it be lead or bondo. Your teaching skills are very good. You don't grind welds you cut them ... metal have feelings too😢

    love watching, you should try the Norton Orange Blaze stripping disk, last way longer then the 3M. I agree that the Cubitron is a great sanding disk

    Just a tip.. Ive been using an led headlight behind the steel to emphasize the gap between the panels when butting them up, it works really well.. Great channel as usual Carl,keep it up.. Vern..

    Great video i don't do any mig or tig welding just a mechanic but find what you do so interesting and you are such a good teacher what i do wonder is what the cost of doing something like this grill would be. i know would have to be expensive i have seen a small amount of how much time it takes. was so bad about Brent but am so glad he is getting back to work seems to help everyone he can glad to see he is getting help
