Thanks for this video and the channel itself. A funny note: I use to hear during morning walk, and when at the part testing our vocabulary you said “blank a target” I thought that was another way to say “clean a target” 😂

To do your bit = to make a contribution You can do your bit by eating less meats, driving less frequently/ ptaking bicycles - play your part = do your bit - kick the can down the road: to delay making a difficult decision - grapple with an issue/problem/difficulty of sth - face a problem head on: deal with a problem directly put your head in your sand = ignore - make a dent in a problem. = make a small impact Climate change is a surmountable challenge. If you are putting your head into your sand of it, you can’t make a dent in this problem. So we need to face a problem head on and implement solutions.
