Climate change is the major issue in our country. Because of this problem, we don't get adequate rainfall for a couple of years, so that our country is suffering from water scarcity in many states. If this situation continues, our people will die out soon. I'm extremely worried 😣

In my country the farming isn't fully mechanised.the smaller farmers still grow food using traditional methods. But the livestock farming is fully mechanized. I think it's worth paying extra to eat organic food to encourage the traditional farming methods as well as it's healthy to eat organic food. As the food has great impact on our health so it's important to know how it is produced so that we can choose healthy food and avoid it's negative affects on our health.

I'm from Vietnam, which is a developing country so farms are mostly smaller and use more traditional methods. However, the government is making effort to minimize that by importing machinery from other countries to modernize agriculture. In my opinion, it's not worth paying extra to eat organic food. According to a report I read recently, some unsubstantiated reports claimed that only conventionally grown food could apply enough nutrition for consumers and they are superior to synthetic one, which was not determined by any scientists, so some people took advantage of that to raise the price of organic food to force comsumers to pay more extra. That I should know how my food is produced is important because that can helps me to have the best choice for choosing, so i'm I have more knowledge about kinds of food I'm eating and can protect myself from illness.

It plays significant role to bind the soil and minimize sea level rise. Using artificial fertilizer for sufficient food rather than using natural manure also affects the land after long time the soil be come infertile and this leads desert.

I am very lucky to live in an area with a great air quality. There are lots of green trees providing shade surrounded my hometown, and that’s why people in my neighborhood spend more time exercising every morning to enjoy the fresh air. The local government makes it illegal to throw out garbage on the street and put many public bins to raise local people's awareness about environmental issues. In addition, there aren’t any industrial zones so the environment is less polluted. Local people have a bin in their house and they usually put many kinds of waste in it. Unfortunately, people don't have a habit of sorting the waste into recyclables and non-recyclables. At the weekend, all of the rubbish will be collected by trash collectors and gone into landfill nearby. To keep the environment clean, local people are encouraged to grow food organically without using pesticides or herbicides.

Thank you very much for this helpful and supportive information. This is my answer. 1) Recently, the air quality is fresh and clear in a large city. In the past, it used to be terrible, it was hazy as well as full of dust from construction. 2) As far as I know, the local government provides several solutions. Firstly, there is a restriction on driving that uses fossil fuel and harmful gas. The encouragement in using bikes, skateboard and scooters are used. More organizations are made to maintain the atmosphere. 3)From my point of view, walking should be taken into action. As I said earlier. Bicycles should be used wisely to avoid traffic jams as well as carbon emissions.

    4) In my country, I usually sort of garbage during the morning, I mostly sort of them into different box as well as color, if they are liquid. I will put them into plastic bag and put them in boxs. 5) As far as I know, fossil fuel, organic waste and plastic waste is well-known in my country as they are widely used by major Asian. 6) Being unable to be recycled, People mostly throw them into a giant hole in the ground the the waste area located in the city centre.

    7) From my point of view, many farms in the Southern part of the country have become modernized and international. They mostly use big and fast machines to do. 8) I would say that As long as they're healthy and fresh. I don't mind paying them. 9) Yes, definitely. We need to know the main source of product if they are clean, natural or not. Because, if we go on eating food from an unknown origin. We may have several illnesses without regret

  • @tranquanganhthuanfgwhcm5104

    10) I would say yes as people nowadays don't actually care about this issue although there is a warning sign from scientists that flooding and rising sea levels will occur in a mountainous area. 11) I Believe that my country will be seriously affected by flooding, high rate of intensity of storm surges, and damage to coastal areas. We won't be able to live happily and soon we will equally extinct 12) The first thing that we need to head on is renewable and alternative fuels instead of using fossil, coal, and gas. Solar energy, wind power, Hydropower and Bioenergy is highly recommended. It is compulsory to avoid using plastic products as much as possible. Instead, I suggest using natural and recycled products from banana leaves, paper, and sugarcane waste.

Thanks for watching and sharing your feedback, Mahmood! Another option which may help you is to slow down the video player speed. You can do this by clicking on the 'settings' icon on the bottom right of the video player. There, you'll be able to slow down the speed of the lesson. Hope this is useful for you!

I feel so sad that in my country, Vietnam, people don’t sort garbage, and our government talks about environmental protection frequently but they do nothing. So I don’t see anything that would be better in short term. I visited the Philippines (also a developing country like Vietnam) and other countries, I saw that they have already sorted their garbage for a long time. It’s really good thing in their country.

In my hometown there is no formal way of sorting out the garbage. The trash is simply thrown on the ground and garbage pickers which are mostly young children collect the trash. This trash then sold to the scrap dealers who sort the organic and inorganic waste .in my hometown we can recycle the few things, like glass and plastics etc. While the non recyclable waste is left to rot in landfills or dumps.

Nice answer! Here are a few suggestions for you: 1) '...pickers, who are mostly young children, collect the trash,' not, '...pickers which are mostly young children collect the trash'. 2) 'This trash is then sold to...' not, 'This trash then sold to...'. 3) '...we can recycle a few things,' not, 'the few'. I live in countryside in the north of Chittagong town. Air Quality is really good in local place but in Chittagong town is extremely bad. Air quality is degrading day by day due to congested diesel driving vehicle, factory garbage, and much more wasted of food.Besides these we are demolishing forest and cutting trees much more than planting trees. National government has taken many steps to improve air quality. Some steps are such as implementing afforestation program, imposing restrictions on driving in the city area etc

In my country. Most farm is small and farmer less use machinery, they mainly depend on traditional methods. In my opinion, I think It is worth paying extra to eat organic food because organic food requires time and difficult farming techniques. Moreover, We encourage traditional farming methods as a good way to protect the environment avoid pesticides and herbicides.

Well I live in India. My my country there is not much tree. There is not green environment. Indian celebrate lot of festival like dipawali which create lots of pollution for the socity. Also people wash cloth in dam it make water polluted. People split everywhere that create huge problem. And I see in my country only very few people do plantation . I think its government responsibility to aware people about how environment is important. Today's lesson is so powerful. Thanks oli to share such a great lesson. And today I decide to plant one more tree. And create plant balcony.🌱

Here are a few corrections for your writing: 1) 'My country doesn't have many trees,' not, 'My my country there is not much tree'. 2) 'The environment is not green,' not, ' There is not green environment'. 3) 'Indians celebrate a lot of festivals...' not, 'Indian celebrate lot of festival...'.
