I hate ballpoint pens, gel pens or pens with a more marker-ish tip are better.

Rollerball pens aren’t great for note taking. Your best bet is a quick drying, smooth gel pen or a ballpoint.

You see, the thing is...I can’t summarize the information. I HAVE to have complete, correct sentences, if drives me insane if I don’t!

Same with me in my social studies class the Teacher says that on certain questions(only the ones the she chooses) we don't have to restate but most of the time I restate cause it just helps me understand what the question is talking about

Same. You'll see me asking every person in the class what the teacher said if I even missed a "the".

"If your teachers allow computers in class" They don't even allow them during breaks. In fact, you can't even use your phone on school grounds (unless it's an emergency) to check the time.

I usually take a photo on my phone so I can actually take good notes sometimes it collects up though and then I have to do them last minute for a quiz and then it’s all sloppy and written fast:/ also my pen has a big tip and I write really small which doesn’t help...does anyone know a nice thin tip pen that would work for small writing?

The best tip you gave was the first. Write notes on the info your instructor already gave you. Also, review that info BEFORE class so it is somewhat familiar when you hear it. Thanks for sharing!
