When i am clicking on the data verification tab the interface is different and its directly taking me to application details and ask details such as traffic profile number, license number, license source, nationality and DOB. When I am filling that information its giving me error. Note: I am currently staying in UK and don't have access to my emirates id and old phone number.

It seems that you are in UAE or you have your Emirates ID and local number logged into the app. I have downloaded the app and have login via email id. My interface is different as when I click on the license data verification letter tab, its asks me all the details but shows the error "Sorry, an error occurred while retrieving your data". Could you please suggest an alternative way?

i have automatic license and when exchanged, still the same. you're not allowed to drive a manual.

You need to send your BRP along with the license

Hi PO, my question is what if my UAE driving license is expired recently, Should I'll be able to get my document verification certificate thorough UAE ministry web as you mentioned and secondly as I'm living outside UAE with no valid emirates ID or visa however I have been lived in UAE (DxB) for past 15 years.
