Dear Ankita, I can understand your concern, there are 2 things I would suggest.. 1. Never stop applying and appearing for company recruiter positions, it takes time.. 2. In consultancies as well, you will find some opportunities where they depute the recruiter to client site.. Grab such opportunities and from there on, you can mention in the resume that you worked for a company(put consultancy's name just for payroll).. This will help you get more visibility as well as opportunities.. Hope this helps!!

Dear Ankita, there is no certification/courses(in HR) that can land you in HR job directly, the best route is what you have already done, MBA in HR, now start by applying for the entry level jobs in HR, easiest would be through recruiter job and then gradually scale upto the core HR role. As you already in a job, see if there are any opportunities for internal movement, that would be the quickest way..

Mam i known that i am asking this dummy question but still i want to know - Mam if we not have good apperance or someone at age of 20 lost many hair and looking bald, so will company accept that person and give it job. Or it will be difficult for that person to acquire job due to it's old(bald look) look at age 20. This question came in my mind from movie ujada chaman,Bala where that person suffer to get job. Dear, teaching experience is usually not counted, but you still can enter provided you answer the real HR stuff in your interview. Dear Srinivas, what makes a choice "Good"? Its the individual interest, one option can be a good choice for me, might not be a good choice for you, as we have different interest and preferences. For digital marketing you don't have to make sacrifice on your current job, if you are really interested in it you can try your hands on it parallelly and if you like it, make a permanent move. Dear Shreya, apart from MBA, you can choose to do BBA, after your 12th, because you will need to be at least a graduate, and then as I said, start from "recruitment" and then build up your way to HR.

If you have nothing else as a job or offer, you can start with this this one, but try to move slowly into HR profile in "IT industry", the work of HR is much more elaborated there and pay is also good.

I would say try to get into HR Operations as trainee even if the pay is low. Those US IT recruitment jobs are highly pressurized ones as you have to meet the targets

Dear Amol, your question has been answered in the video itself, I am not sure why you still have the question, the easiest way is to start through recruitment, if you are non-IT graduate, start with "Non-technical" recruiter job.
