Bhaiyaa 1. strength training m 3reps wale kitne set maarne hote h? 2. Aur main lift exercise(squats) k alava jo exercise h(like leg extention) uske ke reps aur sets bhi 3 hone chahiye kya?

@@karan8995 bhai zyada mat soch iske baare me unless tumko isi line me carrer banana hai, bas ek program se stick hokar raho then change kr do after 6 months ya weight bada lo thoda sa to progress......
