How to Spike a Volleyball (Part 1/2) - How to hit a strong Attack?

I would like you to know this knowledge for powerful spikes and injury prevention.
I have tried to explain as scientifically as I can, but it includes many of my personal opinions, so I hope you will refer to it as a hypothesis, not as the absolute correct answer.

Through your last video, I improve my jump position, and it help me jump higher and feel more comfortable. But the spike arm swing is still prcticing, because sometimes I can't keep my right elbow close ear. it's too...open.
