    Thank you, I used to work a job where I worked often speaking for many hours for more than a year, I noticed a improvement in voice depth and a better stability of the hz range, deep and stable under the 100hz overall and without the sharp high frequency peaks, now that I quit and work more of a job where im alone for many hours I notice my voice becoming less like it was before, less deep, loud like im whimpering and more high notes, it does make sense the longer you stop using the way our bodies find to remove something that is not being used anymore, goes for a lot of things. I will have to practice these, and read out a few books or texts out loud, instead of in my head. Thanks for the videos

  • @Disktoaster

    @Disktoaster

    @@DiAn-ud8dy you can use a spectrograph, there are a bunch of free ones for your phone. But after a while you just get kind of a feel for it and know where your vocal registers normally stretch to, and you know when that range goes a little further because your voice is in great shape that day. You literally feel the difference in your chest, throat, tongue, nose, even your teeth. Practice enough and you'll feel it in your neighbor's TV remote when you hit a new note

    I've been trying to professionally sing and act for 8 years now. I'm 27. I can't figure out, do you talk through your mouth while connected to your diaphragm and chest (such as aiming outwards, like at a microphone?) or do you literally originate the sound from your chest, to produce a full tone?

  • @richasharma581

    @richasharma581

    Is it necessary to exhale the air from mouth always or can you exhale it from the nose also?

  • @pmz

    @pmz

    3 жыл бұрын

    You can do either. But, for speaking, I suggest you allow the breath to drop in through your mouth. That way the breath can drop in quickly (as opposed to a long breath the nose) and your mouth will already be open, as well as your throat and you’ll have that direct connection from belly breath out to the room on a full voice.
