Hi, I'm interested in buying this premium kettle, I've noticed in your video that a little bit of smoke is coming out from the side, have you tried adjusting the hinge in order to close the lid properly? I'm a little concerned about this aspect but really love that diffuser plate.

How many briquettes would you say fits in the charcoal ring while allowing the plate to sit flat? It would be nice to fit around 100 or a whole chimney, but it looks a little small for that.

I’m really curious about that grill. Deciding between this one or a 26 inch. The diffuser might really sell this one. Im wondering how long of a burn you can get with it. Wondering if I could do a brisket without refueling.

Brenden That 26" is badass for sure-. So far I'm digging the diffuser. I'm doing ribs right now. Flawless cook.. Steady 275 temp.
