So I assume doing burgers and ribeyes you’ll always get enough grease for flare ups for your flame sear. I had a pitboss and it burnt up and no longer works. I spotted one of the gravity masterbuilts at academy today and found your channel! I’m reluctant to give up my open sear plate but this seems like a much more efficient cooker with less worry. My pitboss seemed like it was always catching fire or smoking out or something.
The ribs are on indirect heat aren't they???

Let me ask you this... Will the extra skewers fit in the 3 tiered compartment
Only in America you buy grills costing $1500, sorry I'm from Argentina and we grill the most simple way and the results are great
I wonder if you received this unit and don't have to pay, if you want to keep receiving the new ones to come, your opinions might reflect that .

I just got the 560. I am having an issue where i set the temperature lets say to 250F and while there is certainly a fire and the temp is running at 500f+ the display is reading well below the set 250F. Then eventually a err4 code will sometimes kinck in. But the charcoal is def lit and the grill is hot. Way hotter than i set it for. Is this a temp probe issue? Would replacing it be the best fix? Or is it something else ?

Wanted to see what an electric smoker could do! I have avoided electric but I am ready to try it out with that smoke ring for days I can’t manage a fire!

Tommy! Do u think these would dry out if u take them up to 205-210 internal or just get more tender?
If you want tender just wrap then last 1/2 hour.
Tommy those party ribs look phenomenal, definitely have to make them! You are absolutely correct about Dusted, awesome rub but definitely need to be careful with it. As you said... a little goes a long way!

Beautimous! We all love party ribs and love them unwrapped especially. I only wrap ribs if I'm having a little fire management issue caused by wind or weather (or maybe a little extra margarita), but that's not a problem on the pellet grill. This guy is sure a prankster! I don’t know how much Wybot is paying to lie. Wybot you did pay this guy to add a whole bunch of debris and even added a Silica gel pack that he said was inside the pool. Give me a brake. His pool didn’t even look dirty. Honestly, he prepped the filter basket with garbage.
