It’s basically a huge toggle bolt, pretty cool
These will also fit the 2017 Silverado as well, I added them to my 2017 Silverado single cab short bed and they’ve been fantastic!
You purchased a four pack of tie down anchors. Do they sell them in other variations such as two, six or eight?

The GM pack only comes in a set of 4. You may be able to find other variations from other sellers/brands.
a glorified toggle bolt is what this is. You can use a screwdriver thru the loop to give more leverage to tighten them. Can you just buy 2 of those? Or is 4 the min.?

Don’t really need more leverage to tighten them. They just need to be hand tight. You could probably just buy 2 if you bought some off of Amazon or other websites that sell truck accessories, but the GM kit is a pack of 4.
Unfortunately on my ZR2 Silverado the Decked drawer system covers up those medium height strap locations lol

Another GREAT trick you can do with ANY pickup- lower the tailgate before crossing camera-equipped toll bridges, crank up "Free Ride" on your sound system!!
