I want to know where and how do you get the Sample interviewees who will give you the insight you need to start creating the course before the weekly live trainings? Am I marketing the course and then whoever signed up and I reaching out to them to interview them about what they’re looking for when it comes to the course and why they decided to purchase it ? Hi Sunny! Quick question regarding the POP delivery. You mentioned the tech stack you recommend. I wonder about logistics. Let’s say the course has 4 modules and each module has 4 lessons. Does that equate to 16 different live sessions (which could mean, at 1 live sessions/week = 16 weeks), or deliver the entire module (all 4 lessons) in a single live session?

We recommend delivering your POP over 6-8 weeks! Your POP is the prototype so you are building your course out as you deliver.

Great video, Sunny. However... (not sure how to say this delicately...) there is a neon cartoon phallus over your shoulder. A little funny and therefore distracting but the content shines through so no worries. Cheers!

I love your videos but I don’t want to have sales conversations with people. Is there a price point where I don’t have to do this? Is it possible to be successful without doing the live course first? I want to build a KZread channel and a recorded evergreen course. I am a special education attorney and want to package my knowledge for overwhelmed and frustrated parents whose children aren’t learning or receiving the support they need. Parents waste $40,000-$100,000 on hearings they almost always lose and I can help them avoid this.

so if only few people buy it, then what? I do the course anyway for little $ or I cancel it and disappoint the only few who actually bought?

you do the course because the purpose is not just to generate cashflow, it's to prove that your course actually works and you need people to test it in order to do that. the sales process that we use and teach ensures that you interview potential clients before you accept them into your program so that you ensure there is alignment and the person is at the right place to actually do the work and get results. So, the likelihood of flopping is very low.
