Good video…. As in quality is very good, nice explanation, good tutorial…. Sort of similar to Sy in the respect it showed 2 sort of close version of his many Scratch techniques…. Unfortunately No were near his actual quality or finess….. & the turn tables need changing for some vinyl ones & a proper scratch vinyl… please do a Real life Sy HardCore mini scratch set on Vinyl, i would be very interested to see this in the quality video your producing

@3:25 (ish) It's slow forward then double close on the back pulls. Really hard to do if you normally only do that slow back with the double close forward, which is the normal basic scratch most people learn...

the last part you showed, would that be a take on a original flare in reverse, with dicing though it...

  • @ericuk

Slim Biggins it's certainly part of the same scratch family. the original flare is 2 parts forward and one back, so i believe these ones to be reverse OG flares. you all good with those? :)

Ahhhh thanks for the video the last two scratches do, to me explain some of his mysterious (to me) style. Maybe I have put him on too higher a pedestal to the point I can't break his scratches down. Can I send you a link of one of his particular scratches for you to break down that would be great!

MC Storm ripped him to shreds over picture of young raver girls or something like that... back in 2012 or 2013 I can’t really remember when exactly but Storm managed to create a division within the scene because of this shit! Chris Unknown broke away from SY firstly and it escalated from there... shame really because SY was my ultimate high between 2005 - 2010
