Those cuts are just 👌🏻 love it! Are you “pinching” the crossfader near the end to get the speed/control?

I would bet money that all the negative comments are from those who cannot even scratch well! Do you know how hard it is to get to this level? It takes hella practice and dedication.

I think the main different between your technic and the one in the video is how to perform the Flare part, since technic is a bit different than using simple transforms. In any case it´s very good for a beginner to begin here and then jump to the other version :) (I know Im a bit late!)

ok i have this problem but im not using a controller im using OG analog tables and mixer. well phono. there is a curve switch with normal curve and quick curve, but when i use Serato i have this exact problem with the fader, trying to scratch, the fader has that slight bit of movement until the audio will cut in. when i use normal records (not pc no serato) the curve is fine. instantly cuts. but serato only lets you change the digital curve in the program if you use a controller!. any ideas?

Good video…. As in quality is very good, nice explanation, good tutorial…. Sort of similar to Sy in the respect it showed 2 sort of close version of his many Scratch techniques…. Unfortunately No were near his actual quality or finess….. & the turn tables need changing for some vinyl ones & a proper scratch vinyl… please do a Real life Sy HardCore mini scratch set on Vinyl, i would be very interested to see this in the quality video your producing

@3:25 (ish) It's slow forward then double close on the back pulls. Really hard to do if you normally only do that slow back with the double close forward, which is the normal basic scratch most people learn...
