What’s up, I have a circle logo, and when I start embroidering my beanies, the circle turns into an oval, what am I doing wrong? I’m suggesting I should use some spray adhesive on my stabilizer but lmk, you would know more than me.

no unless you plug it into a laptop/pc and transfer your design to that. You would have to transfer that design to the USB still.

The file would have to be made in the order of the stitchout you want. The file is what tells the machine what to do. It can't be changed afterward. www.NeverDenyMe.com

There's no program required. It's literally just dragging & dropping a file onto a flash drive.

I have an iPad and I am using the new artspira app from brother. But it will not open the designs. I can send svgs but nit ones designs? Do I have something turned off on my old that might affect that? I’ve checked everything!

Too much storage, can't be read. Try using a flash drive with less capacity; Such as 32GB instead of 64GB. www.NeverDenyMe.com

Yes, but I suggest using a computer because every phone is different & numerous programs can do it. You'd also need to know what flash drive is compatible with your phone & where to find the files. Too complicated to explain.

How to you eject the USB from the embroidery machine safely?

Good question. There is no menu for this. Just make sure not to remove it while a design is being stitched. Simply back out to the main menu & remove it.
