Thanks to this video I was able to download designs to my USB using my apple MacBook. I was ready to get rid of my computer and only had it about 8months and hated it. Thanks again for this great video

Thank you for this however before I saw this I had saved my file to ‘save as Stitch and working file’ it only shows as a be file how can I change this please?

Can I use any USB stick for a MAC?

I hope to get such a machine and this wonderful program to achieve my dream💔

Can you pls tell me how the items are actually supposed to be saved? They are saved but when I open them they automatically open to embrilliance. therefore it will not load to my usb properly

Make a file and save it there. Then you load to your Floppy disk or USB Drive by Selecting.

HI, hoping you can help, suddenly I can't save my working file as a stitch file. Tried both DST and PES. Any thoughts? Thanks so much!

How do you get the design you have purchased into Embrilliance.? Everything shows a design already there!! I have designs in a folder. Want to get them into program, then into a USB. Please show this step.

Sounds like a Windows setting. You can search google for "windows open settings" and that should give you instructions.

When i in save stitch file it’s not the same as what I have in the software it’s missing one step and I don’t know why

It's strange that this video did not work for me. I felt I followed it step by step, yet when I tried to open my design fr my USB in my machine, it said something like it couldn't see it. Not sure what I could have done differently.

I keep saving my design, but they won’t upload into my machine? I’ve tried changing the hoop, resizing the design substantially. Nothing. Please advise.

If you are using Express- start a new design page. Use lettering tool. Now you can save. You can not add designs to Express - not its job. It’s a lettering tool. www.Embrilliance.com/express If you are using the demonstration version - it is non saving as explained on the downloads page.
