Kabhi kabhi when needed you should use fast chargers and you can charge with any KW capacity charger because Even if the charger is 50KW the car battery will only draw current which it can handle | But always try and charge it with Slow 3.5kw or 7kw charger that comes with the Car

So go to work at night? Or put solar panels at Work building? Solar only produces electricity during day and you have to park car at home for entire day to get solar charged. I work from 2 Pm onwards, I charge the car in the morning, Sun in Australia is strong in morning and temperature is low in the morning so produces more electricity. Have 8.4kw panels and 16kw battery to run the house.

In India We have Net Metering System In which it would Not matter at what time of the day you charge your EV as units produced by solar goes directly to the grid

Newer LFP chemistry cells claim 15-20 years. This will improve in future but for now, a well maintained (charge kept between 20% to 80%) should last for 15 years
