    FOR the THRIFTY....After cutting the top off, the top pieces will squeeze out quite easily and are great for making minced garlic

    I love garlic. Every time I cook a NY Strip steak I throw a few cloves of Garlic in the pan with the steak, and start basting the steak with the garlic infused olive oil. It gives the steak a completely different flavor, it's awesome.

    Hey Joe. Love the videos. Wondering if you can roast several heads of garlic at a time and store it for use within a few days. Know fresh is best but seeing if this prep work can be done ahead of time. Thanks...Leon

    Hey Joe, have you ever tried using garlic roasted like this when you make roasted red peppers in olive oil? If so, what's the difference in flavor?

  • @Cookingitalianwithjoe

    @Cookingitalianwithjoe

    +Ramsey Lopatic Yes, the roasted brings out the sugars and softens the garlic flavor and scent. Roasting also offers a deepened rustic or hardy flavor. Thank you for watching and please subscribe. Joe

    +Sara Jane Stir fry? That is not Italian? lol! Yes, absolutely would be perfect in stir fry as well as any Asian cooking and sauces. Just take the roasted garlic and puree in a blender with other flavors and spices and you will have something amazing for sure. Thank you for watching and please subscribe, Joe.

    Your videos are great and very enjoyable but whoever is filming them needs to learn how to focus the camera. The fact that a lot of the video is out of focus takes a lot away from it.

    +Vincent Ferraiuolo We will do. We have made a lot of improvements from early on and just upgraded the camera and lighting and we use a stationary tripod now as well so this will help for sure. Thank you for the input and know we are getting there. All comments are welcome! Thank you for watching and your comments. Please subscribe to our channel for more great recipes and have a wonderful holiday season, Joe.
