Same I used cellular data instead of WiFi (cuz I was in public not home). So it didn’t back up since it only restored with “WiFi only”

Need suggestion plz, I lost my Samsung mobile.. last whatsapp got backed up on Feb 10th from Samsung. On a spare xiomi mobile I used same sim number what's app on this previously in June 2018. ( So old database there on xiomi mobile memory card). When I installed WhatsApp on Feb 13 in xiomi mobile, it used old local backup from June 2018. Showed msg in June 2018 & new msg from Feb 10 to Feb 13. I don't see msg from July 2018 to Feb 9. How to restore this ? Can we see whatapp backup database file of feb 10 th in google drive? Will it be incremental backups?

Hello Binayak, I watched your video on backing up . My question is I transfered my info on IOS app for my android galaxy S^ to new IPhone 11. Backed up but when whats app was installed on IPhone except five contaccts with no previous chats, messages or history so where did I went wrong? How else can I have that info on my IPhone?
