Love this Rebecca! I’ve been thinking about mixing some of my eyeshadows together so this was super inspiring!!

Ouuu that sounds like fun!!
How do you know how much rubbing alcohol to add? Thanks for sharing. I want to mix a couple eyeshadow that make my eyes water into a highlight.

Better to start with a little and work your way up! It depends on how much powder you have but I generally just add a few drops at a time!

@@RebeccaMorgan perfect! Thank you!!
I am curious of how you plan to use your finished product - since you mixed a beige eyeshadow with a blush shade? I love repressing, and sometimes mix things too, but usually I’ll mix things I wouldn’t use on their own and then end up with a Franken-product I don’t use either 🙈

I’ve mostly been using it to set my eyeshadow primer, highlight the brow bone/blend out the edges of my eyeshadow. Sometimes to set/highlight my face. I never used the butter blush as a blush, it really is more of a sheen than any kind of pigment so I usually used it as a blush topper & to diffuse cheek products. I have been focusing on both of these products in my project pan & so I’m pretty focused to just finish this last little bit of product up now!
Just buy new one. Stingy people...

okay but you can do this for so many reasons, like lots of people in the comments are mentioning you might want to mix two shades together. i’m using this video because i have a shade i really like but it’s in a huge palette that’s inconvenient to carry around with me and im going to put it in a smaller one so i can reapply throughout the day/apply on the go
