We filmed this video at one of our repair tables. We don't use all the tools that we have at each desk for belt replacement. The brush is used when we clean the units. When we clean the units, we take them apart completely, then scrub them under running water with the brush. We dry and polish them with Novus #1 plastic cleaner. We remove stains, old labels, and marker writing with lemon essential oil, or Melaleuca's Sol-U-Mel concentrate. We sell all of those if you call us and order them

I'm trying to repair the one for our cigarette machine, it's a magpro. The bills are bunching up inside the unit past that lower section that pulls out and not making it into the stacker. My question is, should I be able to rotate the stacker manually by the belt gears, or is it normal for it to be not turnable due to the gear reduction? I'm trying to determine if it's seized up, or if the problem is elsewhere. The unit is clean and the belts seem to be in good shape with plenty of grip. Also, where can I get a bench tester for these? I'm the bench tech at a casino and have been working on JCM validators for 18 years, but this is my first time looking at a Coinco. Thanks
