    I have a Coinco MC7200 bill acceptor, and I am trying very hard to find support for new South African Bank notes for this device. Can you please assist me.

    Coinco Vantage currently operating normally but Service Unit light is flashing, what should next step be? Besides cleaning

    How many times is the light flashing and what color is it? If it is a two-flash orange light, that indicates an insignificant corruption error on a certain part of the validator control board, but as long as the unit is still working (which it most often will with that error), the unit does not require service, and you should keep using it.

    Bill validator is taking $5 but not ones , what do I do? Thanks

    Well, if you have ensured that your $1 bills are enabled (watch video to find out how to enable/disable bills), then your bill acceptor very likely has a fault, and will need to be returned to us or any other service center that can work on the Vantage bill validator for repair.

    My bill validator normally when I turn it off and on it starts up by pushing the bills in and out where the bills are held and it gets the bill Val ready but now it does not reset but the lights still green. Is there a way that I can do something myself before I have to send it to anyone for repair and will you please provide your phone number so I could at least talk to you guys in person
