Very good video, thank you ! I love the "Caution!" haha. Un saludo
hey i got a new caliper setup for my 50cc, and they sent it to me with the pads out of the calipers. they didnt give instructions either, and i cant figure for the life of me how the pads are suppossed to fit in. i slide the pad in and they dont clip or anything its just getting sprung back out. i think i might have bent one of the clips to much too. are you supposed to get those little nubs of metal on the pads behind the lip of the clip or in front of them
Good video thanks. Is it normal for there to be some play side to side with the front wheel after the caliper has been mounted? Cheers.
What are the name of the slide plate or whatever it’s called that the break pads clip onto
Do you need the copper grease or can I just do it without?
Why my brake piston won't push in? plz help
How do you get the piston back out from the hole when it's been pressed to the bottom I mean atleast for me when i press it down theres no room under it for the fluid to push it back up??
Very helpful
thanks!
What’s the size for the g clamp please

Your caliper may be sticking. Might be time for caliper and hose.

Steve McGee would a good clean sort it out?
I don't have the tool I I push back the piston
When compressing the calliper, put a cloth around the brake lever reservoirs, otherwise you will push the brake fluid back up and overflow! Or simply bleed some out with proper gear so as to not get air in the system
Whats the reason for not operating the lever with the caliper removed

Because the pistons will lock up
after changing my break pads my break is overheating very hard and the wheel rotates quiet hard too.

You probably sorted this out by now but just for the record undo bleed valve or master cylinder and then push it back.
Cant see for your hands
the only problem with this video is your hand is in the way about 60 percent of the time so i cant see what your doing.
New parts are too expensive. I just by a new scooter every once in a while.

Break pads cost like £12, a new scooter costs a lot more.
