Great video. Thank you. For those doing this without a car lift. Make sure to lift both wheels off the ground and support with jack stands. If you just lift one side up, the sway bar will cause upward pressure on the strut. You'll notice this because the two large bolts that hold the strut to the steering knuckle will not come out without a hammer. STOP what you are doing and lift the other side and they slide right out by pulling on them. If you don't the spring will expand into the axel and you will be unable to get the new strut lined up with the bolt holes.

My edge had camber bolts. I just did the passenger side and the bolts were on going from back to front so I had to remove my darn caliper. I installed them from front to back this time so nothing was in my way and now my wheel is cocker to the right bad!! I am wondering if those tabs on the end of these bolts are in the wrong spot.

Why do you need to bring the whole wheel mount down? Can you install without unbolting the big bolt

Too bad your assembly doesn't line up as delivered. Needs a 1/2 rotation to line up.

How much would that cost including your labor? How do you tell if one is bad?

Clear signs that show a strut is bad is an overly bumpy or rough ride as your driving. If you are going down a fairly smooth road and feel lots of jolts and vibrations more than likely your struts need replacement. Also deposits of dirt and oil buildup on the body of the strut. Dark spots or blotches indicates oil leakage and should be replaced. Hope that helps
