My 2009 Sonata bulb is inserted into a piece of plastic that I simply turn and pull out. It looks nothing like what I see in this video. The issue I'm having is trying to remove the bulb from the piece of plastic that locks back into place.

They tend to have wiring problems. My tail light was melted into the plastic piece and now I need a new one. Maybe you are having the same problem? If so it's a pain and it will probably end up breaking after you finally get the bulb out.
