Some older cars (like my 1963 Volkswagen) use the negative from the horn button. They run the hot (positive) wire directly to the horn terminal. The horn button on the steering wheel completes a negative path back to the battery.

thanks for the video I have a horn similar aswell. what do you do if the car has a ground wire already ?? from the horn donyou still wire a ground to horn itself and the ground from car behing the horn bolt ?

you should of put a newer toyota camry horn in it
