Horn Upgrade on Toyota Corolla
Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары
Here is the Horn: amzn.to/3USspJA
This kit would also work if your not near a harbor freight: amzn.to/3UPQSyT
Ratchet set: amzn.to/3mPiec8
Its an easy install on a 2023 Corolla hybrid & older models such as the 2016 corolla I also installed this on.

Oh, wow. I thought there must be something wrong with the horn on my '22 Corolla. The service department assured me that's the way they are, and I thought they were lying. New horn in my future!
Thank you, another upgrade to plan on my ‘07 Rolla. Cheers from Montreal
Thanks a lot for this video. I just finished replacing the horns in my car with the model you used. It was an easy installation. Went great. Your video was very thorough in explaining how to do it, especially for someone like me who is not a car guy (though I'm learning)!
Thank you🙏 now I can change my wimpy ass horn😭
Thank you sir! Very detailed video and you helped me a lot! :)

Your welcome!
so nice of you Dear.
thx !! great video
As a 67 year old biker zip tied shit is what falls off and either hits us or pops a tire. Bolts are better and up your fuse or it will blow at some point.
Don't know how many times I've blown stock horn at someone trying to merge into my car and they keep coming at me running me off road or forcing me to slam on brakes.
Great video, thanks. If you have time to answer one question I would really appreciate it. When you mentioned to face the connector down so the water won't collect, do you mean have the blue (male) connector come from the bottom with the black plastic piece pointing down? That's kinda how I imagine water would be prevented from collecting but in the video it kinda looks like the blue piece is facing down. Anyways, again, thanks for the video. It's given me the confidence to knock this mod out on my next day off.
I would be very interested in installing a hood insulator.
nice
What roof rack did you purchase? I'm looking to get one to hold my mountain bike
I’m trying to get a 2023 Corolla hybrid myself. My local Toyota dealership said that it would be anywhere from 3 to 6 months before they get one. What is your thoughts? Do you still like yours after the time you had with yours?
I have a 2021 Corolla Hybrid, and I am on my second set of the Hella horns with no luck; I have been getting the ‘plug in play’ version with the connectors made for Toyotas. The first set made a little bit of noise when the horn was pressed, but then they stopped working all together. I returned those. The second set don’t work at all. I have an adapter, but I know that’s not the issue because I’ve connected the horns to the car directly (still don’t work) and because the stock horn works fine with that aftermarket adapter. I don’t know what to do. I’ve literally tried connecting, disconnecting, turning car on/off etc. dozens of times. Any advice? Thanks!!
Wait so for the older Corolla you just shoved the wires you cramped together into the female plug?
I had a 95 Camry and my horn didn’t work?
Looks relatively painless... Let's go see what my 2019 Corolla LE has to say about that... XD
Dude, you spent $20-$30 on a electrical wiring kit but you didn't think to buy a bolt and nut for $1.00? Zip ties?? For those not wanting to spend $20-$30 on an electrical kit, go to a local hardware store and ask for or get yourself, 1 eyelet for the ground and 1 male plug in. I got one of each and 1 extra of each and paid $2.02. Oh, and I had an old bolt and nut in my tool box so I didn't buy one of those. That electrical kit cost more than the horn.
Convinced the crap horn was a rouse to get people to void their warranty by upgrading it.
