I have this exact same Vinny. Green 2003. My fuel guage is fine just a bit cloudy when trying to read the needle. I'm thinking about trying to sand it and make it clearer.

The truck is lookin good.

Thanks! Best part is now I can help people better. When searching or patrolling I roll the window up and down a lot to talk to people. Now my window is clean & won't get scratched up as much.

Wow interesting and good info on the brands/dealers bs screwing with great companies like rocky mountain and the customer

Wonder if there are any fixes for the newer electric fuel gauges ? They make a cool set of pliers for pulling the body clips that just have the notches and good use of the brake spoon

Is there any way to seal this gauge from leaking fuel and not have to replace the gauge? Mine looks and works fine but leaks. 2005 big bear 400

Hey Brian, Nik here, been watching your videos for 6ish years to help me through the numerous issues I’ve had with my 2002 WRX over the years. I’ve come across an intermittent starting issue when the solenoid clicks once but doesn’t start sometimes. I’ve replaced starter, battery harness cable, battery, alternator, and tended to the chassis ground with no solution. Any ideas?
