Make sure to use a sharpie to mark the notches before unscrewing the back plate. When you thread the back plate back on and torque to spec by way of where you made the markings. Use rubbing alcohol to remove the markings.

Thanks for taking the time to show us how it's done. I couldn't find good explanatory videos, so I just had to leave you some appreciation!

My watch guy is no longer open on the weekend so I gave it try I believe successful. Thanks for doing this so I knew what to expect, Did not think of making index marks like the later post mentions but it will be ok. I don't plan on getting it wet. I did do this over a copier box lid for easy tiny screw location. Thanks again

It's best to wear disposable latex/neoprene gloves when you are handling the battery as it is never a good idea to touch the battery with your bare hands or fingers. The oils on your skin can be electrically conductive and act to slowly short the cell out if they bridge the insulation between the terminals of the cell. Some people who have more acidic skin oils can even cause corrosion directly on the cell itself (or even the movement if you touch it) as it sits inside the watch.

Hi! Great video, just to check, how many jewels does this watch have? Was it anywhere online or when opening the caseback?
@galaauctioneer
Schweeew thank you now I’m just gonna bring it in. 😂 then sell it

What is the battery life on these Precisionist watches? I know this will vary based on how much you use the chronograph and so forth, but wondering if the increased precision (260khz) uses more power than a standard Quartz watch. Will I need to replace the battery annually, or can I get 3-4 years of use before replacement is needed?

Thanks for the video. With my eyesight and the micro tiny screw, I may just bring my watch to the jeweler.

My watch battery died in 1997 but it’s cool because my cell phone tells time
@klausfiedler64
Ok, I get it , the screw is small. Buy a properly sized screwdriver, they sell them in stores. Background music super annoying.
