Great video. Took rear bumper cover off of 97 and was able to easily replace rear side reflectors

This was spot on. I pulled off my 2004 cobra’s bumper for fresh paint and it was exactly the same. The only thing that was different was the drain was just hanging down there.

Thank you for the tutorial, is so clear! I already removed and installed a new bumper.

I try putting a new one on and where them screws fit into the back of the car going into the trunk where theres 3 holes the bumper cover has like 8 screws how am i supposed to fit it on when them screws run right into the back of the trunk

Just took one off of a 2000 gt car, there are 6 bolts instead of 3 in the trunk and is not a direct swap to a 2001-2004. Just letting you all know. Great video though!!

Brandon Burke I never tried keeping them in, but I would strongly recommend removing them as not to scratch the bumper

I've seen someone do it, but there are gaps.

Man the 1998 mustang rear bumper is much more easier to remove i believe it just has the 3 pins on the bottom and 2 screws on the sides

It’s not entirely necessary, just less likely to scratch the bumper. You can skip that step if you want

@@dannyjohnsonsgarage you know I must of missed some of the video. Cause I missed where I said take the clips out of the bottom and the other 4 screws on the side 🤣🤣 it was bright out and I couldn't see or hear much. But we finally got it. This video was great by the way thank you!
