Thanks by the way. You did a video on the front airbags sensor. I discover the sensor on the car was unplugged after original owner have a minor crash. Cosmetic damage but it was not reconnected after repair. Your video saves me a bunch of money

This is a backwards way of doing this. Just remove the glovebox and cupholders and you don’t have to remove all that extra stuff by the door or the glovebox hinges

I tried to apply pressure on the rear wiring harness by pushing it to the right but it didn't move and I wasn't able to disconnect it. How did you remove it? Is there a trick in doing it? I don't want to break that thing.

@@Bakdons-yn3cg I know it is plastic and you want to be careful. The part of the video we are talking about is at about 7:38. Make sure you are pushing it in the correct direction (I am sure you are.) All I can suggest is keep applying a little more pressure at a time until it comes out. Good luck.

Hello, Would you guys be able to make a video on how to remove, replace and test your FRM module?

Does this require to be reprogrammed and will this issue fix a iDrive screen that turns on but no picture no sound from chimes or no radio sound.

I scored a nice running ( like new) 06 bmw 330i. And if you have one you and this guy are automatically friends lol. It’s god steering wheel lock displayed and seems not reading the fob ( batt. Not dead) in car or fob. Cluster communication error but this is why I got it cheap !!! It is nice though.

I've seen a video on KZread saying the electronic control module situated behind the glovebox is responsible for auxiliary coolant pump, glowplug module and thermostat? These parts are throwing me fault codes and I'm wondering could it be the module before I change the rest. The auxiliary pump is working when tested on the bench? Thanks

I watch a lot of your videos and they have been helpful I’m having an issue with the fuel pump I drive my 2011 328i xdrive and all of a sudden it just shuts of barely able to steer and pull off to the side of the road the message on the screen says fuel pump failure waited over an hour and it started right back up no problem drove home changed fuel pump watching one of ur videos thought it was fixed drive a few days later did the same thing waited 10 mins and it started up again no issues it keeps doing this need your help!!!

Cam sensor and vanos cleaning then clean cam witch is the crank under the starter, then change oil and cap if that font fix it clean throttle body after that hit spark plugs take them out wire brush if that don't help change coils . If those font work replace black box fuse in glove compartment

Do i need to program the new module ? Or just is "plug and play"?

My car is 1 series 2007 I had a some strange noises coming from this box when I stopped the car from the (start and stop button) then immediately I start it again and then the noises started. The lights on the Dashboard started flashing and the key stock in the ignition. Do you know what is the problem?

Hello guys, looking for some help here. I have an 07 bmw e92 325i, which wipers arent working properly. I have checked relays. Fuses, replaced the wiper motor, tested known good steering columna with new wiper controler lever, cleaned the frm module. I haven't tested the bcm module yet, do you think this may be the root of the issue? Any help will be pretty pretty appreciated! Great vid btw, you guys always help!!!

friend, I have a BMW E91 (330D touring) 2007, the radio only touches one side of the car, the left side is muted, there is no problem with the cable, the radio is not burned out, you can tell if this module of the body also controls the radio?

Good video but you miss a step in your explication and it's a very important step. Im talking about the back connecter at end of the video. Every step is perfect but i had to find this information in other chanel. But over all it help me a lot utile i got to this part. He talk about pulling the back clip to the right. That is acually true but before to do that you need to pull the modul out of his trey and twist it a little bit so you can slide the clip up inted of just saying to pull the clip to the right.

I have a e 64 630i it cracks , but will not start (sometimes it starts fore ONE SECOND... ) I exedently put 12VOLT on the CANBUS wire (red/blue+red) sow i cheqed all the relais and fuses they al work.. i messurd the ohm on the canbus and it has onley 20ohm and on the computer unplugged 45ohm ... You need to know the ID number written on it to be able to do right programming

Having issues w/ what i suspect is a bad bcm... hooked the icom ... like 20modules down except for 1 green... 20 red ... its a '07 335i bmw

I have a faulty PDC… in BMW e64 convertible, changed sensors and wires straight from BMW but there is no sound nor these sensors work…. WHAT CAN I DO??

My fuel gauge, central locking ( the indicators flash and the car powers off but the actuators don't lock), air conditioning(cooling) and wipers do not work (wipers turn on and stop on the middle of the screen), The only code I get is a 5E5B DSC button code and A738 JBE power supply interrupted code. Everything else works. Is it a FRM or the JBE that is faulty?

Where the hell is the Transmission control module located on a bmw 335i 2007? I have looked absolutely everywhere and its like the TCM doesn't exist in a BMW 335i. Is it called something different? My cars code keeps reading back to my TCM but the TCM is impossible to locate.

can i replace a JBE with a used one from Ebay?? or does it have to be new from BMW?

Hi mate,you must reprogram your New jbe box before start engine as it will not work and must bring some new issues as it will not be recognised by your car system

seriously BMW need to have a recall with this I already took the car literally 5 times at the dealership in the past couple years with the e92. it's literally a money pit it's awesome and drive but it spends more time at car shop then being on the road 😮😭😠😡 I'm really tired of this car!!! Time to sell or drop it off the wrecking yard. BMW build quality with electronics and longevity isn't what it use to be like in the 80s&90s

I have a 2005 BMW 645ci, I keep getting the Anti Trap Malfunction Light. I know how to reset it, and keep having to reset it all the time, the only strange thing is as long as the engine is running or the key is in the accessory position the windows are fine. ( up or down positions ) but if I shut the door the system fails to remember to roll up the window, and sometimes forgets to drop the window if I open the door. The latest issue is if I drop the top the driver's window won't go up all the way ( does it sometimes ) It will go up till it hits the seal the drops back down. Like I mention before It doesn't forget if I have the engine running or the key in the first position. Wondering if it's the BCM or power going to a specific module that supplies power to whatever controls the ANTI TRAP. Thanks, Guys!
