Sooo my valve doesn't look like this when it comes out, the replacements do but the stock one is long with a spring.

Well method 2 and 3 in your video the valve is already out so it's not really working in real condition

The do work (try them), I just couldn’t be bothered to keep putting the valve in and out. Hope you found it helpful. I’m still learning how to make videos

Why remove it and not just replace a tube? If it's problematic, buy a tube for $5? Though interesting to see how it's done.

However, the practice becomes quite useful in certain situations. For instance, some cyclists prefer using Schrader valves for tubeless setups, which makes valve core removal handy for adding sealant and properly seating the tire. Additionally, this technique can be beneficial during suspension servicing as well.

Valve cores are like 25 cents, and you don't have to take off the wheel, tube and tire. Or free if you take them off dead-from-the-factory tubes. It's also a handy video for automotive tires if you want to let air out quickly hands-free.

sometimes the valves have grit which causes leaks, like in a centreal heating expansion tank
