Heel pain (or) Plantar fasciitis is common with the age group of 20-50yrs. The predisposing factors for heel pain are
1. overweight
2. Diabetes
3. Flat foot
4. High arch foot
5. Runners
6. Improper footwear.
One of the common symptoms of heel pain is early morning pain in the heel when you take your first step. Heel pain can be completely relieved at Home with the following measures:
1. Massages
2. stretches
3. strengthening.
Doing these exercises consistently and using comfortable footwear in the house and outside will give you complete relief from heel pain.
