He is currently working as consultant Orthopaedic surgeon at MGM Healthcare, Chennai, With 12years of experience in field of Orthopaedics.
The aim of 7scope center is to build an Orthopaedic health provision system to administer quality care to Indian Sports fraternity.     Sir , I got ACL tear by Jan 28th 2024 I’m an IT professional, 35 years I rested for 3months now driving car alone and doing regular house works & working from home My swelling and pain completely gone.. knee slip is completely gone.. rarely feeling it once or twice in 2weeks Can I start rehabbing workouts or surgery is must since it’s Grade 3 tear I’m not into any sports

    Meniscus root tears don’t heal . It will require a surgical intervention.

    Hi dr, how many times we should do these exercises per day, I am diagnosed with chondromalacia grade 2 to 3 focal part of the patella, Can we use muscle gun for quads relax and can we massage the knee with oil. Kindly advise After rehab process how long we need to stay away from the sports.

    Thank you very much for this video. Along with the strengthening exercises, can we do mild walking also daily? Hope that will not cause any further damage. Also, for Vitamin D, will exposing ourselves to the sunlight (morning 7am to 8am) be helpful?

    Sir one time dislocation agiruku. Rehab panituirken... Pothuma sir again aga chance iruku so sleep panum bothu kai pinadi vecha agum soldranga... Why dislocation ku matum onetime achina operation pani sari panama.. Again sila position ponal agum agama pathukonga soli apdiyea vitudranga doctors..     Patella chondromalcia is not a serious condition . This can be completely resolved with good knee strengthening exercises.

    Hi sir. I had pain and uncomfortable knee from last 6 months. Visited ortho doctor and diagnosed with chondromalacia patella. I have started strengthening excercises. My doubt is shall i start cycling will this improve my knees or make the DX worse. Your suggestion is much appreciated. Thanks in advance

    Hi ! Continue with strengthening exercises for 4-6weeks and then start cycling. Make sure the adjustments in your bicycle is perfect to avoid further injury.
