This was so helpful! One of my friends was our field medic, he brought ibuprofen for our pains, mole skin for our blisters on our feet, and Aquaphor for our chafing thighs. I highly recommend freezing plastic water bottles, rolling your feet on them when you’re recovering. Liquid IV (electrolyte packets you add to water) after the festival nights were fantastic because you lose a lot of salts when you’re dancing hard.

Had a solid 2 days to recover after edc ! Was soo tireed after the weekend- had so much fun tho ! This video came at a perfect time ^_^

EDC was amazing this year. It was my second time and we did an RV. So much fun and we stayed for the camp set and John summit took over. I actually had a few bad days not the feeling I expected and drama from people but Sunday night was so great. I slept at lest 6 hours each day staring at different times and it helped so much. In the camp I met a few people that have been doing this for years. One doesn’t sleep the entire time and the other takes breaks so to each there own.

I can’t wait for your EDC Las Vegas video. I just got back and recovering 😭. I am also bummed that I didn’t make it meet up or meet ya at the Beatbox installation.

probably both! there's so much that gets kicked up in your throat, smoke, dust, etc and idk if you shared drinks or anything with people but that doesn't help!
