    I was at my first ever festival last weekend at Tomorrowland and I was BLOWN AWAY. Came home, showered twice, slept for 14 hours and woke up started planning my outfits for next year, which led me to your channel. No depression here ;)

    Thank you for bringing awareness to this emma! It’s such a “taboo” topic to actually topic about, but if you ask me I feel like it’s (in a way) comparable to safe sex. So many ignorant people think abstinence is the only way to go and want to try to force everyone else to be abstinent rather than bringing awareness and talking openly about safe sex. It’s going to happen regardless, whether people want it to or not, you can’t just shame someone and think that’s going to work. The more you talk about it and educate people will at the very least result in safe (or at the very least SAFER) use.

    Oh and also, just a heads up, I think you were thinking of Better Help. Just another heads up though, a lot of people have come out and said it is shady! I don’t know how accurate this is because I have not tried it personally but whoever is considering it, please make sure to do your research on it beforehand and also read some reviews if you can 🤠

    I'd recommend that tip about booking a show! Just do a chill local gig or show and have some drinks with some friends. It's always fun anyway!

    YO THANK YOU FOR THIS VIDEO. I just went back to work after EDCLV 21 and took over a gram of M this weekend. I've been depressed and crying all the fucking time but your story helped and made me realized it was just the drugs that were doing it to me and not actual depression. I almost instantly felt 100% better

    Another tip I’d like to add is know how these substances respond to your body. Mdma is a drug I can’t take, it’s not enjoyable for me like it is for others.

    For me, the first time I experienced this was after this edc and it SUCKED! The night terrors were the worst..I only had that one time thank god, but for me exercising was like night and day. I remembered how shocked I was after the first workout I did back how much better I immediately felt. Also socializing with your favorite people and eating good does wonders. A little weed can mask the depression, although it definitely doesn’t cure it.

    I love the email that made you have tears!! Edm is my love and so are events this is why I miss and love events after, not cause of substances, but the ability to escape and have a blast. I love the plur and the past few raves I really I spent it with my new life best friends from my besties I made in 2019. And being with them after countdown NYE, on January 1st really means a lot in my life. These events mean a lot to me and my besties. But yes it is important that I’ll have more events and the only reason I miss it is because it was really a good time like going back from my Hawaii vacation.

    5-HT is actually the chemical name for serotonin! 5-HTP is a precursor to serotonin, so taking that vitamin before and after using ecstasy/Molly/MDMA can help to replenish the serotonin stores in your brain :)

    Personally, I'm sober, and a lot of my reasoning for not taking anything is I'm on very strong prescription meds for depression, and I am scared of what the effect might be. I think it could be really bad. That's just me. But do consider if you're already on meds you have to take, how could it counteract.

    you should never do drugs then in a festival. But they might help you deal with your depression if you take them to assist your therapy sessions. There are some trials going on.
