I started crying at the last minute, just breathing and allowing myself to be. It's so freeing and beautiful not having to hide or push yourself away, and not blaming yourself or even other people for what you're feeling. Just feel, no need to judge or put labels on it. You're not weak, you're not broken. Allow yourself to simply feel and let yourself be and experience whatever is coming up, it is totally okay. Thanks for this video, it is valuable to many.

I did your peace process meditation for a month and now I can’t imagine not doing this. It helped (and continues to help) me so so much. I still sit down for it a couple of times a week when I feel I need to connect to myself on a deeper level, just feeling and letting go. I did it just now and again it brings so much peace and clarity. I wanted to explain myself to a friend, out of fear that something I didn’t do was weird, but adter doing the peace process I’m at peace with possibly being misunderstood. It’s okay. If they have a problem they can tell me, although it’s probably nothing and all in my head 😆

I think I feel fearful of my friends judgements because by him judging me, it makes me feel the things I felt when I was a teenager. Ugly and inadequate, a joke of a human being. It makes me think if I should continue the friendship - we are old friends after all, and I don't have many others. I ask ''Why do my friends make me feel insecure'', but I suppose they can't, really. I already feel insecure about myself, and he exacerbates this through the sniggers, the comments etc. Basically, when I am around him I don't feel valued...But is that me or him? I certainly don't feel this around my family members.

This is useful for the anxiety I feel right before a family therapy session with a difficult family member, because this toxic relative (my mom) uses the therapist against me and plays the “victim.” The therapist doesn’t see through the manipulation and takes sides with her. Anticipating that creates some tension before the session.

I want EVERY book Dr Aziz recommends... 😱 This video is a MUST-Watch and a Must-Learn-To-Do I think.. I feel so much calmer after watching this and hearing Dr Aziz 'touching' feelings like tightness, discomfort, uneasiness. Most people recommend this technique for our fear or panic and generally more tangible and bigger feelings and most of the times it is just(!) tightness or discomfort!! 👌🧡

This was v good and informative -It's one thing to be in a difficult situation but it's another thing to be in a difficult situation with a mindset of fear- •You then have difficulty with suffering ,let's remove the suffering and you become a lot more adept and sufficient at dealing with Life When you're not in a state of fear •Peace is synonymous with success, The most successful people are the ones who have discovered true peace •The illusion of peace is when our circumstances are how are minds are saying they should be,That's not peace that is exhaustion that is manipulation, That is the attempt to control your environment ,no Bueno.!!! •Peace is the effortless byproduct -of saying i am in complete Harmony with the way that everything is at the moment., With profound acceptance and surrender I'm not in resistance to the way that anything is •I’m NOT saying it's easy or it's ideal,or everything ,is perfect to your liking but You will hit perfect inner liberation when you realise there's nothing wrong with your circumstances, other than Your conversation about it. And you are the generator of that conversation •me being accepting of my personal circumstances exactly the way they are rather than my personal subjective narrative the way I want them to be This takes practice and you have to be intentional but it frees you, gives you the courage to grow..Your past, circumstances or Life maybe tough so i’m not saying anything to the contrary but you can find peace😉

hey aziz, same thing happend to me took me a while to understand surrendering. I wanted to ask you a simple question, I used a female loving voice in my head to calm me down when I'm anxious, it's a lot more comforting and soothing than a male voice. can that be troublesome for me? i have quiet the shame about using it. Love you instructions, i literally use your techniques EVERYWHERE in my life.

•I understand where you’re at i really do but you can start by asking yourself-What emotion do get most regularly-? worry,Anxiety, fear, insecurity •What emotion do you want to experience on a regular basis- peace, joy, victory, passion, excitement •Get intentional about them and become aware of the ones that don't serve you !!-write A list of the ones you have and also a list of the ones you want •What do you have to think or believe in order to generate that emotion-?thoughts that don't serve us- Thoughts generate emotions- It's not the events but the emotions about it •What Do you need to think in order to defeat my -fear poverty fear criticism fear of ill-health fear of loss fear of loss fear of death •When you're feeling stressed or anxious it's normally born out of one of these fears •Does it serve you to believe that •Where do you want to show 10 years from now let your dream be bigger than your adversity •Begin to obsess about your future and happiness as your mind moves what it's most familiar with!! •What you obsess about u possess about •Don't just survive thrive •Good luck Ed
