The primary objective of performing warm-up exercises before a workout is to prepare and elevate the temperature of the muscles that will be engaged. This process facilitates enhanced blood circulation to the active muscles, thereby promoting improved strength and overall performance during your workout session. It is essential to concentrate your warm-up routine on the specific muscle groups you intend to target during the training.
Among the muscles commonly overlooked during warm-ups are the rotator cuffs. To address this, I have incorporated rotator cuff warm-up exercises into my upper body warm-up routine. It is crucial to recognize that there exists a wide array of warm-up exercises and stretches suitable for preparation before your workout, allowing for flexibility and tailoring to individual needs and preferences.

    Hi Hristov. What weight would you recommend me (5'5") to start skill training at? I heard that you can plateau if you don't focus on hypertrophy enough in the beginning.

    Hristov I have a question for you, to master the Full planche in a year you have to do the front lever.

  • @AmgosrPig4384

    @AmgosrPig4384

    No because front lever is a pulling movement and planche is a pushing movement so they use different muscles

  • @FilippoCardoni

    No but I highly suggest you also train the front lever as it's basically the same movement but with pulling muscles. Working on both creates balance, if you only master one, you risk of having bad posture, weak points etc and also it's better to be able to do a bit of everything than just one perfect thing.

    4:52-4:55 - This exercise is bad for your knees. Instead of this exercise, you can do bends to the left side and bends to the right side.
