    Do you do dips and pull ups in your workout bro?

  • @kevinsawma3268

    so i take it that if i can do my own bodyweight in pull and push i have already good enough base strength to hold a planche and front lever and the only thing holding me back is training those more?

  • @hristov_sw
    @hristov_sw13 сағат бұрын

    That strength from the weighted calisthenics will help you, but definitely will not unlock your planche directly. It can be difficult again, but one thing you can be sure, the base that you have from weights will help you learn it faster and safely.

    @hristov_sw Thank you and just one last question if i already achieved the base of bodyweight dip and pull up do i still need to train them or can i transition to full skill training only

  • @Melajied
    @MelajiedКүн бұрын

    You need specificity, you probably have enough strength for planching, you just need neural adaptation to a specific movement ( which is the planche in this case). What about handstand push ups? What are your numbers on hspu.

    Nice video, but Is obvious you can do more. I dont understand why he didnt tell you to squeeze the weights with your legs in the dips and pull ups for more stability and strength, and in pull ups it would have stoped the weights from pulling your lower back. In the muscle up you should have put the plates just like Freddy in front of your legs, and keep the legs together not straddle.
