I made a video awhile back about how film festivals were a scam. Someone in the comments suggested I make a video detailing how to actually produce your own film premiere/festival/event.
So I wanted to take sometime out to talk about my process and how I've produced several live events. In this case, I created a quick step-by-step video on how you can do the same thing.

Also, keep in mind that once you have your event you have to figure out the itinerary (the flow of your event) - you can generally do this last once you have the other things in order or do it after the venue is secured!
