This is such a great system! One thing that really won me over is the way wounds are handled. In a world full of HP sponges, hits and wounds have real and devastating consequences. Players work through problems instead of slogging and absorbing blows, which leads to some amazing roleplaying

I am gonna start running games online eventually. I know this is late but hopefully better late then never. This game however is the best i have ever played and with a few adaptions can fit nearly ANY campaign setting.

Great video and thank you for the guide. One note, under the attack actions revised core book you can only attempt one attack and one stunt per turn. In the starter box (newest rules) this was changed to once you succeed on an attck (regardless if they parry or dodge) you cannot make any more attcks that turn, same for the stunts. This makes a pretty big difference in combat. Everyone is welcome to house rule of course but wanted to point this out for the base rules. Cheers!

We'll see what we can do about that! We're running Zweihander at a lot of conventions this year and we have even bigger plans on the horizon.

I prefer the ZH character sheet over the more complex looking WFRP 4E character sheet

The way you pronounce Zweihänder is a little funny to me. You pronounce the händer part correctly but you pronounce zwei with the anglo w instead of the germantic w which is a v sound. It's a common mistake so I'm not trying to dog on you for it it. when I was first learning German words I use to pronounce it Z W Ei Hander instead of Z V Ei Händer so forgive me if I take a little humor in the mixed pronunciation of Z W Ei Händer. 😂

I don't hate Zweihander. But. There is no point mentioning D&D. Zweihander is really just a rip off of Warhammer FRPG. Doesn't mean you won't like it for that. But Zweihander is like Pathfinder the other 3.5 game.
