    Nothing crazy, but it's a really great cardio workout, thank you, Ashley, Sierra and Tiff! 😘 115 active calories, 152/179 average/max heart rate.

    This was a great workout session But pushing milk again I’ve seen this before. I’m not a baby calf so I’m not drinking milk.

    I haven’t been able to have dairy for about 8 years now, it has made a huge difference in my stomach still have alot of issues though I’m trying to figure out
