For everyone having issues hold down power button on collar till it starts blinking green then press and hold the connection button on receiver to pair this should also work for more then one collar. Hope this helps

Also for anyone as confused as I was, hold the power button for 5 seconds, not until the first green light but a couple seconds after it turns on it will then blink green. for some reason i thought at the first green light it would be ready to pair.. i was wrong.

I seriously love you! I was about to break something

I misplaced the controller for the first receiver. I bought the second receiver and another controller. I watched this video and paired both. These instructions worked perfectly with my two receivers. Thank you.

yes finally! I have 2 remotes and 2 collars all on diff channels. I just wanted to use 1 remote to control both haha perfect! now it's just channel 1 and 2. I'm surprised I've had these for over a year and they still work just fine! I did take the metal prongs out and lost them ..

I just bought a Dr.Trainer Dog Training Collar for my German shepherd. This Training Collar has auto retractable and will not cause irritation to my dog's neck. Also I can record my voice to the system, I can use my voice recording to train my dog, say goodbye to the traditional beep sound for good. So far it seems really effective. All I do is pressing the voice recording button to correct my dogs behavior. We hardly have to use the shock setting.

The vibration and sound button seem to be working fine, but the shock button isn’t working. Any tips?

I cannot pair the 2nd receiver with my remote. I've tried the instructions that came with the unit.

I couldn’t figure it out either but then I finally did. Step 1: unpair the devices as shown in this video. Step 2: hold the power to turn on the collar but keep on holding it even when it turns on till the green light starts blinking rapidly. Step 3: plug the collar into the charger. Step 4: hold the channel button as shown in the video to connect the collar and remote

Does anyone know how to fix a collar if it is not turning on? I've tried using another USB cord. The red or green charging light does not appear.

why do you need to reset the collar? It's just the receiver. When the remote is reset and the collar is charging it is only sending out a pairing code and that's all it is good for.

Hi I try all the steps ,but it doesn’t want to pair

I bought one of these got it today it will vibrate and beep but no static or shock had it up to 70 anybody no what might be going wrong

I did that now it won't vibrate OR beep OR shock

I've held the level button down but it will not go to zero.

What do you do when this step does not work? My receiver flashes the 1 but then goes back to 0???

I had the same problem the way I ended up pairing it was by having the collar plugged in charging while pairing it to the remote.

Mariu no I never got my issue fixed. I tried all the pairing steps. Ended up returning within Amazons return window and bought another one that is working ok
